Because Delaware Theatre Company is committed to the safety of our patrons, artists and staff, we will continue to follow all CDC and local guidelines.
24/25 Season Policy:
Please know that your health and safety remain central to our decision-making.
You may choose to wear a mask if it makes you comfortable, but it is not a requirement. We’ll continue to monitor health guidelines.
We’ve invested significant funds to upgrade our HVAC system. For example, we’ve installed a bipolar ionization system to improve air quality throughout the building. We also use high-rated MERV 13 filters to effectively prevent dust and other contaminants from passing into the air stream. By taking these steps, DTC has met and exceeded CDC guidelines and improved air quality throughout our building. More importantly, we’ve provided you peace of mind as you settle in to enjoy the show.
We’re continuing to pay special attention to the policies of Broadway, Live Nation and other professional performing arts spaces across the country. We’ve learned how important it is to remain flexible and adapt to changing health and safety protocols in place at the time of performance. These protocols—which are subject to change—may include mask enforcement, proof of vaccination, negative test verification, and more. We will clearly communicate any applicable protocols to you before you come to the theatre for your performance.
DTC reserves the right to deny admission to the venue to anyone who does not comply with these protocols. We will not provide refunds in this case.
