| The Rehearsal Hall is
a large open area about the size
of the stage. Located on the second floor, this is the ideal spot if
your meeting requires additional areas for break-out sessions.
FEE: The fee for renting the Rehearsal
Hall for up to five hours use is $425*. Additional time is available at
an hourly rate. All
rentals are subject to a $250 refundable damage deposit. Renters are
also required to carry a certificate of liability insurance that covers
the following:
-One million dollars ($1,000,000.00) general
Liability
-Two million
dollars ($2,000,000.00) aggregate
-One
million dollars ($1,000,000.00) umbrella or excess
