carefully designed
classes and residencies use theatre to develop the scholastic and
social skills of children with special needs. DTC's current programs
include Totally Awesome Kids: Acting Class for Children with
Cognitive Disabilities and Arts Across the
Curriculum at Ferris School.

Classes for Children Who Are Chronically Ill (conducted in
cooperation with the AI duPont Hospital for Children), and Acting
Classes for Hearing Impaired Children (conducted with the
Delaware
School for the Deaf).
