SUMMER ON STAGE

Delaware Theatre Company's Summer On Stage is a full-day exploratory arts enrichment program for children ages 8 to 15. 

The camp offers a unique blend of instruction and performance as a creative alternative for your child's summer vacation.

The Program
The day is full of activities. Half of the day, students attend classes in acting, improvisation, movement, and stagecraft.  In the other half, students use the skills they are developing to create and rehearse a final performance.

Once a week, guest speakers will present special master classes. Examples from past summers include stage combat, Shakespeare and ballroom dancing.

Each session culminates in a final presentation, performed on the Delaware Theatre Company stage.

Hours: 9 am to 4 pm. Monday through Friday

(Except final day of each session when camp ends at 1 pm)
